Protestantism
In the 16th century, Martin Luther, Huldrych Zwingli, and John Calvin inaugurated what has come to be called Protestantism. There are many different form Protestant religions.
Protestantism is a branch within Christianity, containing many denominations with some differing practices and doctrines that principally originated in the sixteenth-century Protestant Reformation.

4. When was the Church formed?
Orthodox – The Orthodox Church was founded on the Day of Holy Pentecost in Jerusalem in 33 AD, fifty days after the Holy Resurrection of Jesus Christ our true God.
Roman Catholicism – Christianity was 'formed' after Jesus Christ rose. This was based inJerusalem but moved to Rome later. It was always Roman Catholicism. Other Christian denominations broke away from Rome and this is what then made it different from them - Greek and other froms of Orthodox, and the various Protestant Churches - Lutheran, Methodist, Baptist, Anglican etc.

Orthodox – The Orthodox Church considers Jesus Christ to be the head of the Church and the Church to be His body

A Catholic church must have a cross on it, usually in a prominent place such as atop a steeple or bell tower. The cross is made out of stone or wood.
